Survey: Seven Percent of American Adults Think Chocolate Milk Comes from Brown Cows

American education has declined severely if any percentage of Americans believe chocolate milk comes from anywhere other than the combination of milk and chocolate outside of the cow.

Chocolate milk is a favorite amongst toddlers and as a matter of fact most toddlers would be able to make this drink. Therefore adults believing chocolate milk is a pre-made product from brown colored cows is completely unacceptable. Add that to the fact many grown Americans can’t tell you who the VP is and you have a recipe for disaster.

Via Breitbart:

Seven percent of adults in America think chocolate milk comes from brown cows, according to a new survey from the Innovation Center of U.S. Dairy.

U.S. Dairy’s Innovation Center surveyed more than 1,000 adults over the age of 18 in April and found that seven percent of respondents thought that brown cows make chocolate milk.

An additional 48 percent of respondents did not know that chocolate milk is made of milk mixed with cocoa butter and sugar.

A 1990s study commissioned by the Department of Agriculture found that almost 1 in 5 adults did not know that most hamburgers are made from beef.

Stupidity running rampant isn’t a good look on anyone. No child left behind has clearly done wonders for the country’s education system.
