SERIOULY!!!… Autistic Boy Left Crying As Teacher Snatches Microphone From Him Before He Could Say His Lines

Along with police officers, grandmas, and firemen, teachers are one group of people you fully expect to have your back at all times. If the person who’s supposed to be teaching you how to survive in the big, scary outside world isn’t even looking out for us, then what chance do any of us have?

I would imagine these were the thoughts that went through the mind of six-year-old Caleb recently, when his teacher snatched a microphone away from his mouth moments before his big Thanksgiving performance.

Caleb attends Nutter Fort Primary School in West Virginia, and has high functioning autism. After recording the incident on camera, Caleb’s dad Kent Squires took to Facebook to express his disappointment.

He wrote: “This is my little boy in his Thanksgiving play. He is the last kid and has level one high functioning autism. He has the biggest heart and always happy. Now watch it and see what a teacher of kids does to him.

“He has [come] home from school and said he gets to say gobble gobble cause he was playing the turkey. I am reaching out to see if something can be [done].”

After uploading another angle of the same incident, Caleb’s mother Amanda Riddle wrote:

“My son is a little different I know this but his heart is so big and he loves everyone. What does it matter if he wanted to say gobble gobble he was the turkey after all. I’m sick of kids that are not considered ‘normal’ [being] treated the way they are.”

After posting the video on Facebook, the clip received hundreds of comments from concerned Facebook users. Sheila N Scotty McCartney wrote: “I’m so sorry…this is just heartbreaking! I cannot begin to imagine how your son must have felt. What an awful thing to happen to a child. I don’t care what “reason” there was for this…it was wrong!! EVERY child deserves their moment.”

Bethany Cutright, another Facebook user, commented: “As a parent of children in Harrison County schools, I am horrified by that woman’s behavior. Not only did she crunch that sweet child’s heart by doing that, but she is showing the other students that kind of behavior is ok. It isn’t ok at all.

“While I do not know the child or his family, I am part of his community. I can not stand to think that people can treat our children that way. I have already emailed the superintendent. I hope something can be done.”

Now, if you thought that teacher was out of line, you haven’t seen anything yet. This teacher got fired after she was exposed as a schoolgirl-themed porn star. Inappropriate much?
