YOU HAVE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED To President Trump, When He Arrived In Florida For Thanksgiving…

VIA| President-elect Donald Trump, with his wife Melania and youngest son Barron in tow, flew down to the family estate in Mar-a-Lago late yesterday for a well-deserved Thanksgiving break. The plane carrying the Trump family landed at Palm Beach International Airport at approximately 7:00 p.m.

As the motorcade escorting Trump and family drove past, a group of supporters with ‘Make America Great Again’ banners stood roadside at the entrance to Palm Beach Island holding ‘Trump’ and ‘Make America Great Again’ banners. According to the Palm Beach Post, a number of roads were shut down for the Trump motorcade, including Southern Boulevard and Interstate 95.

The Thanksgiving escape to Florida must be a very welcome break for Mr. Trump, as his hometown of New York City has been the scene of much turmoil and rancor since the November 8 election. Anti-Trump protests have been common, with large crowds shouting the usual silly leftist chants such as ‘No Donald Trump, no KKK, no fascist USA.’

Last Friday, when soon-to-be Vice President Mike Pence attended the acclaimed Broadway play ‘Hamilton,’ he received a mix of jeers with cheers as he entered the theater to take his seat. In addition, one of the show’s star actors, Victor Dixon, delivered a rather inappropriate message directed at Pence at the end of the performance, calling out Pence by saying the show’s cast represent “the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children…” When was the last time that members of a play’s cast addressed an audience member in such a rude manner?

The Trump family arrives in Florida for Thanksgiving vacation.

On Monday, Trump had convened a meeting with top executives from many of the largest media networks in the nation. Trump let it be known that their highly biased and unfair treatment of him during the campaign would not be quickly forgotten.

Trump called out the executives as being a pack of “liars” and “dishonest,” a conclusion with which any honest person would have to agree. Specifically addressing CNN President Jeff Zucker, Trump reportedly stated “I hate your network. Everyone at CNN is a liar and you should be ashamed.”

One industry insider likened the meeting to a firing squad, while Kellyanne Conway, the former Trump campaign manager, said the meeting was “very cordial, very productive, very congenial,” with the discussion being “very candid and honest.”

With the election concluded, his cabinet taking shape, and a successful meeting with heads of what Trump has rightfully called the “crooked media,” the President-elect hopefully can hopefully re-charge his batteries with a well deserved break.
