Report Show That FBI Still Has NOT Handed Over NEW Emails Discovered On ‘TOP’ Clinton Aids Computer


The FBI still hasn’t turned over to the State Department any of the messages it reportedly obtained from the computer shared by top Clinton aide Huma Abedin and her now-estranged husband Anthony Weiner, the administration told a federal judge Tuesday.


A Justice Department lawyer told a federal judge Tuesday the emails are forthcoming, but that there is no timeframe, the Times reported.

The urgency has changed since the election.

“What a shock that we have less interest today than in past hearings,” Judge James Boasberg said to an empty courtroom, according to the Times.

The emails in question — discovered during an investigation into Weiner’s alleged sexting with an underage girl — and whether they were classified became a national focal point when FBI Director James Comey decided to reopen the bureau’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server 10 days before the election.

Eight days later, Comey reported there was nothing to see here, claiming most of the emails were duplicates of emails the FBI had already investigated.
