Hillary Has Confirmed Huma Is ‘Just Another Staffer’ Looks Like She Was Another Pawn

Over the past few days, the FBI’s reopened investigation of Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server has taken several interesting twists and turns.

The devices being investigated by the FBI actually belong to scandal-plagued ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of Clinton’s closest long-time aide, Huma Abedin. The emails were found as a result of the FBI investigating Weiner over allegations that he sent sexually suggestive texts to an underage girl.

While Clinton has continued to make various campaign stops and has tried to defend herself, Abedin has been noticeably absent from the campaign trail since the FBI’s announcement.

In fact, Independent Journal Review noted that Clinton has now referred to Abedin as “one of my staffers,” a pretty significant snub for the person long considered to be Clinton’s most valued confidant.

“Now they apparently want to look at emails of one of my staffers — and by all means they should look at them,” Clinton said at a rally on Monday, refusing even to mention Abedin’s name.

“And I am sure they will reach the same conclusion they did when they looked at my emails for the last year,” she added. “There is no case here. And they said it wasn’t even a close call.”

Setting aside the blatant lie included in that last sentence, if you were Huma Abedin, that had to hurt. After years and years of carrying Clinton’s baggage and doing everything to help her, Abedin has now apparently been tossed aside like yesterday’s garbage.

That’s what career politicians do. They will use people to their advantage, but the moment they become a liability, they are fed to the wolves so the politician can carry on.

However, in Clinton’s case, her strategy of throwing Abedin under the bus hasn’t been working. Millions of Americans already think Clinton broke the law with her use of a private email server, and this latest FBI investigation is only solidifying that opinion.
