Adding insult to injury, the Democrat presidential nominee can’t even sell more than a couple thousand books.

Hillary Clinton’s newest book is off to a devastating start — selling a merely 2,912 copies in its first week of release, The New York Times reports, which is considered “a certifiable flop by the publishing industry’s standards.”

The first-week sales often amount to as much as one third of total sales, the Times notes.

Clinton’s new release, Stronger Together, which provides a policy blueprint for America’s future should she become president, is selling even worse than her last book.

Her 2014 memoir Hard Choices racked up 85,000 sales in its first week, but still drastically seceded expectations and the 14 million advance publisher Simon & Schuster’s gave her.

In contrast, Sarah Palin’s 2009 book, Going Rogue, sold 469,000 copies in its first week.

Senator Barack Obama’s 2006 book “The Audacity of Hope,” which laid out his vision for the country, averaged sales of more than 35,000 a week in February 2008 as Obama’s campaigned   against Mrs. Clinton.

Evidently,  those who bought the book didn’t enjoy it.   Stronger Together has an aggregate score of 1.6 stars on Amazon.  Eighty-two percent of those who’ve rated it on Amazon have given it one star.

Rubbing salt in the wound, several of those who rated the book five stars wrote disparaging reviews.

Despite all of her health maladies, inability to exciter her base and all of her scandals,  the mainstream media expects us to believe that she is leading and that more than half of the country will vote for her.

The DNC, Planned Parenthood, NEA, and the Teamsters can be counted on to make bulk purchases.

Someone else will “donate” millions of dollars to “buy” 200,000 copies of Hillary’s book so the numbers look better. In return, they’ll get a position at The Clinton Foundation or her administration–whichever comes first
